The Shakespeare Society of St Stephen’s College, Delhi, performed Maharathi, a play by Vibhanshu Vaibhav. Held at the college auditorium in the last week of November 2000, the show was in association with the National School of Drama (NSD) and Sahitya Kala Parishad. Directed by Avatar Sahni, the play revolves around the life of the legendary Karna and highlights his eternal fight with fate.
